از آنجا كه دگرگوني و ساختار دهي در هر رشتةاي، جز با پژوهش و تفكر تحقيقاتي
ميسر نخواهد شد و اينكه مقولةموسيقي نيز از اين قاعده مستثني نمي باشد، معاونت
پژوهشي مؤسسه فرهنگي و هنري خوش نهاد پيمان براي ساماندهي و پيشبرد فعاليتهاي
پژوهشي كه لازمة توسعه هنري ، علمي مي باشد بوجود آمده است. ارتباط و تبادل نظر با
اساتيد ايراني و اساتيد خارجي از كشور ، ارتباط با كنسرواتوارهاي معتبر دنيا و
ايجاد رشته ها و گرايشهاي جديد بسته به امكانات موجود، ايجاد كتابخانه و نوارخانه
در راستاي اهداف آموزشي و پژوهشي از فعاليتهاي مي باشد كه مورد توجه بيشتر اين
معاونت قرار دارند.
